What we collect

When you place an order, write to the studio or join the studio list, we collect only what we need: your name, email address, delivery address and order details. We do not ask for anything beyond what is required to make, send and support your purchase.

How we use it

Your details are used to process and deliver your order, answer your messages, and send the studio letters you signed up for. We never sell your information, and we never share it for someone else's marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider, which processes your card or wallet details on its own secure pages. We never see or store your full payment details — only the confirmation that your order was paid.

Cookies and browsing

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the cart working and to remember basic preferences. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the catalogue will still browse, though the cart needs them to function.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer law require, then removed. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any studio letter with one click.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to hello@tansyfield.studio and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
