Orders and payment

Placing an order is a request to buy; the sale is confirmed when we accept your payment and send your confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. If a piece sells out before your payment clears, we will refund you in full.

Made to order

Ready pieces are packed within 1 to 3 working days. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 2 weeks before dispatch, as stated on the product page. We will always tell you if a piece will take longer than expected.

Shipping across India

We ship across India, and most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than promises, since couriers and weather have their own plans. Risk passes to you on delivery, so please check your parcel when it arrives.

7-day returns

Unused pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale, since they were made only for you. To begin a return, write to hello@tansyfield.studio within the 7-day window.

Care and handmade variation

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in glaze, stitching, grain and finish are part of what you bought, not faults. Follow the care guidance in our journal, and treat ceramics and jewellery gently: misuse, drops and harsh chemicals are not covered by returns.

Fair use of the site

Product photos and words on this site belong to the studio. You are welcome to share them when talking about your own purchase, but please do not copy them for commercial use without asking first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in good faith first — write to us and we will do our best to put it right — and otherwise in the courts of India.
